Do you provide training on my equipment?
Yes, we do. Part of our promise to you is to make sure you feel comfortable and confidence using your equipment. It’s important you know what to look for to ensure consistency in each shot.
Will equipment be provided?
Yes, we can provide equipment. This is something we can discuss with you to make sure you get the right equipment for your business.
Will my equipment be serviced?
We can help you arrange servicing of your equipment, but servicing is not part of our normal coffee supply agreement. We will also teach you how to make sure your coffee machine and grinder is well looked after.
What other level of support will be provided?
Running a hospitality business can often feel lonely, so we’re here to support you with social media posts and regular training for your team. You’ll also be invited to cuppings and other industry events we hold at the roastery.
When does my order get delivered?
Deliveries take place on Wednesday and Thursday each week. If at any point, you need coffee delivered urgently, just call, we can make this happen.
I’m wanting to serve single origin coffee. Can you supply this?
Absolutely. We’d love to provide you with single origin coffee. We always have a variety of different origins available. Our Wholesale Manager Manny can talk through the options with you.
What makes you different from other coffee suppliers?
We’re a small business with a big heart.
Your success is important to us and whether that means you sell 4kg or 20kgs we’ll celebrate that with you. We don’t need you to sign a contract and we don’t need you to buy a minimum amount of coffee each week.
You’ll also have direct contact with Alex and Heather (owners of Extraction Coffee Roasters) if you need extra support in any areas of your business. Running a small business can be loney, so hearing a different perspective from another business owner can often make a big difference.
